Cees van de Vrie was born in 1942 in the Netherlands. In the course of his career Van de Vrie acquired broad experience in organization, management and business development.
Throughout his career Van de Vrie has worked as a governmental advisor for the agricultural industry mechanization, as an editor for agricultural magazines, speaker at congresses and professor at the Agricultural University of Wageningen.
In the eighties Van de Vrie switched over to the lighting industry. In 1991 he founded Lighting Partner BV and developed this company into a well-known pace setter in the accent lighting segment.
As Van de Vrie has extensive networks and communication skills, since his retirement he has continued working in the role of confidential counselor and advisor for several organizations.
Van de Vrie serves the LUXeXceL Group as advisor.
