MSc. J .C .J. (Hans) Schlösser was born in 1947 in the Netherlands. After his graduation as a Master of Science at the Eindhoven University, Schlösser oversaw state-of-the-art improvements of mass production lines for complex products and processes; he also installed new production centers for multinational size companies.
At 40 Schlösser made a switch to become the CEO of a midsize company in the aluminum industry. Under his leadership, this company developed to an international consortium supplying the global automotive industry. For this achievement, Schlösser received in 2001 the King Willem I Award for international entrepreneurship.
Schlösser currently has his own strategic management firm, acts as a supervisor or arbitrator for the Dutch Arbitration Council and is active as a member of the advisory board of several companies.
Schlösser serves as Chairman the LUXeXceL Advisory Board.
